Make Your Rental Booking

Our booking process is straight forward and simple, just how we like to keep most things!

Once you have selected your holiday villa or apartment we require a 25% deposit (this is non refundable) which will secure your booking.

10 weeks prior to arrival the remaining 75% will be payable.

We also require a €250 security deposit, which will be refunded on check out if paid in cash, or within 14 days if paid prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your booking please telephone or e-mail immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing. After we receive your cancellation we will refund monies less your deposit on the following basis:

• Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival date 100%
• Cancellation 30 to 60 days before arrival date 40%
• Cancellation within 30 days of days of arrival date No Refund
